One note in the readme file states: "If you're installing from a Power Macintosh, turn Modern Memory Manager off. This version of Foxpro is supposed to run on System 7.1 or later for a PowerMac. Otherwise, I'd appreciate any ideas on where to start figuring this thing out. In the unlikely event that anyone has direct experience with this, great. But when I D-click on the setup program on the floppy, I get the message "Microsoft Setup was not completed successfully". I got a LaCie Floppy drive which works fine. I assume this means it's been compiled to run PPC code instead of the 68xxx code. The box says "Accelerated for Power Macintosh". I found a copy of Foxpro Mac, version 2.6, still in shrink wrap, on Ebay. I've used Foxpro in DOS for years and would like to get it going on the Mac. I'm a new Mac user, and am running on an Emac with OSX 10.3.9.
